How do pre-orders work?
Pre-order items are clearly marked on their respective product pages. You may place a pre-order through the normal checkout process by selecting the Pre-Order option. Estimated delivery timing will be listed on the product page.
You will receive a notification once your pre-ordered item has shipped. Delivery estimates are for reference only and may vary.
How will my order be packaged?
All 2225 products are shipped in protective cardboard packaging to help preserve both the product box and the item within.

We aim to deliver every 2225 order as quickly as possible.
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the selected delivery method.
*Business days are Monday through Friday. Distribution centers are closed on national holidays. Delivery times may be affected by severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns
Can I return or exchange my online purchase?
Items purchased through the 2225 Online Store (www.2225.world) may be returned or exchanged through the order portal within 7 days of delivery. Once a return or exchange is initiated, the item must be shipped back to our distribution centers within 7 days.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging in original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
I received an order as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?
Yes. Gift orders purchased through the 2225 Online Store qualify for standard returns and exchanges. Please provide the purchaser’s name and email address or the order number so we can process the request.
Refunds must be returned to the original payment method, though a gift card may be issued to the gift recipient instead when requested.
When will I receive my refund?
